Every piece within our Personalisation Studio begins with you. Every piece is created only when your story arrives, held as an individual pre-order and never repeated. Carefully brought to life once your vision is received and approved. From there, your piece moves into the hands of our artisans, shaped slowly with intention and care. Every personalised 3D creation is finished with Our Harp, a rhythm and meaning only your heart understands.

Step 1: Place your order
Choose whether you would like your Personalised 3D pendant with a chain or as a charm only. Select your preferred chain length and extender options.

Step 2: Share your image
After your order, we will email you with simple instructions. You can share a clear photo of the face, form, object or memory you would like transformed into a 3D pendant.

Step 3: We review your image
Our team in Melbourne will carefully review your image and guide you if another angle, clearer photo or additional reference is needed.

Step 4: Your 3D rendition is created
A 3D version of your piece will be prepared and shared with you for approval before production begins.

Step 5: Your pendant is made
Once approved, your piece is passed to our artisans, where it is brought to life using 14k solid gold, slowly and carefully by hand.

Step 6: Your piece is completed and sent to you
Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks after approval for your personalised piece to be created and delivered.
