Shipment for all Tale of Heart orders are complimentary on us.

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday AEST (AEDT during Summer), excluding public holidays. Production times are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase. If you place a pre-order or personalised piece, do note it will take up to 8 weeks for production and delivery to your doorsteps. All orders require a signature on delivery.


*Complimentary shipping applies to all placed / purchased orders on the website (www.taleofheart.com), it does not include returns, warranty and or repairs.

For any additional import duties, taxes, custom fees, tarrifs and or any additional payments required at your home country upon receiving is the buyers responsibility.

*Europe = Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. The seven non-eurozone members of the EU are Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden.

An automated email notification will be sent to you, providing a tracking number so you can monitor your product's journey.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Our Collection

Our collection is created in small, considered batches. Some pieces are available and ready to be dispatched, while others are released as part of limited pre-orders. This allows us to move slowly, reduce excess and ensure each piece is crafted with care.


If your selected piece is available in stock and ready, it will be prepared and dispatched within a 2-5 business days.


If it is part of a pre-order, the time to create and dispatch it will take around 6-8 weeks. We will do our best to get them earlier if possible.

Your Personalised Pieces

Your piece begins with you. Every personalised design is created as an individual pre-order, shaped around your story and brought to life by our artisans.


From initials and names to handdrawn hearts and custom 3D designs, each piece is made with intention and care, one jewel at a time.


Once your order is placed, we may reach out to confirm details or request any final elements needed to begin creation.


Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for your piece to be completed and prepared for dispatch. This time is part of the process. A slower creation, for something that is entirely yours.

Delivery of your Jewellery

Once your piece is ready, it is carefully packaged and prepared for its journey to you. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and securely. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and a tracking link will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.


All orders are packaged thoughtfully, using materials designed to be reused, recycled or returned to the earth with care.

Receiving of your Jewellery

When your piece arrives, we recommend opening it gently and taking a moment to ensure everything is as expected.

If your order arrives damaged or if something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can support you.

For security, we partner with DHL or equivalent trusted tansportation partner to deliver your precious jewels securely. This means all delivery requires signature upon delivery, we do not have an option to leave in a safe space given the value of your pieces.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Tale of Heart is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
